A monthly membership for those who are ready to explore the exciting and healing depths of their true sensual essence. An online classroom where the study of the self, senses, sensuality and intimacy, conscious connections and embodiment puts an entirely new lens on going to school.

Every month, students of Create X-School access members-only educational content across a range of engaging formats including written, audio, video and guided home study. Create X-School is led by its principal teacher, renowned Cypriot Psychotherapist Sabrina Naseem. Sabrina helps you create more awareness about your own true sense, make space for your senses and feel free with your sensuality.

If you want to learn how to be more aware, create clarity and use fun, smart, strategies to understand yourself and others around you, to create more of the life you desire, and align yourself with your highest values, Create X-School is for you. Our ideal members are:

Create X-School is led by Sabrina Naseem, the creator of Curious Sabrina and founder and host of Create X-School. A medical doctor in the world of Switzerland’s psychiatry, a holistic life and creativity coach, and a lifelong lover of learning and giving back, Sabrina’s mission is to help you find your greatest values and use your gifts to make an impact in the world.

Create-X School enrolment happens twice a year, once in April and once in October. Applications for the next session end by the 31st of March 2020. You can apply by joining the waiting list.

Two Video Lessons Each Month

Students have access to an extensive library of video lessons with Sabrina Naseem who is pioneering in the fields of holistic health, sensuality, dance, relationships, financial well-being and creativity. Each month, two new lessons are added!

Guided Home Study

Guided home study accompanies many of the lessons in the Create Sense Series. Study includes journaling questions, activities and actions to take that will lead to deeper connection, intimacy and sex with self and others.

Guided Bachata Sensual and Flamenco Lessons

Bachata Sensual and Flamenco are two dance arts that encourage you to connect with your body, mind, passion and sensuality.
